Had drinks with a couple of friends yesterday and even though I’m pretty sure our waitress wanted to kill us (we were being super annoying) she recommended a shot that all of us just fell in love with. Themed after a chocolate bar, the Crispy Crunch shot (yes, that’s its actual name), is made with vodka, Frangelico, and White Creme de Cacao. Though it was very sweet its definitely something you have to give a try.

I don’t really like the LOOK of their footwear, but the message behind TOMS is clear. Buy one pair, and another will be given to a child in need. Most of us spend $80 bucks on a pair of shoes anyway so why not help a kid out in the process. I shall definitely be getting a pair soon. They look comfortable….

This year’s look for ladies is all about the look of strength. Make your look polished and commanding; rich tones, solid and dark colored bags, and animal print. Yes, animal print. Just no animal print pants please, unless you live in Queens or Rexdale.

True love? Pranking each other with no boundaries. Probably one of the most funniest couples on Youtube, the videos by Jesse and Jeana from Youtube channel PrankvsPrank, have a combined total of 130 million views. The Munchies
The Black Russian; I have absolutely fallen in love with this drink. Over the past couple of months whenever I go out for a drink I find myself ordering at least one Black Russian. The drink seems as if it evaporates in your mouth and leaves a slight bitter taste. It’s made with five parts vodka and 2 parts coffee liqueur so it has a bit of a kick. BE WARNED! This drink is not for everyone, but I definitely recommend trying it at least once.

Men…cargo pants are back for this spring. They’re dubbed to be one of NY’s biggest clothing items this spring. On a budget? Check out Calvin Klein or American Eagle for some killer ones.

Nominated for an Oscar in 2008, the above short story is a very realistic insight into how people know absolutely NOTHING about someone before bullying them. Kids can be cruel, and I hope the next generation of children will be brought up without the flaw of prejudice.

I’ve been following this duo for two years now and I love what they can do. Even though they’ve been featured in magazines like Seventeen (what a joke of a magazine right?) I just don’t see a market for VanJess yet. However, they definitely deserve some recognition for their amazing talent.
